Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Intelligent Prompter. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Intelligent Prompter is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that scores your AI prompts and rewrites them to be clearer and more specific. Enhancements are generated using a third-party AI provider. We may update, improve, or change features over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Intelligent Prompter. By using the service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Plans and payment
The Free plan includes 10 prompt enhancements per calendar month. The Premium plan costs ₹700 per month and includes 300 prompt enhancements per calendar month. Premium is billed monthly through our payment processor, Razorpay, and renews automatically until you cancel.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription does not renew, and you keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the Free plan.
5. Refunds and right of withdrawal
Premium gives you immediate access to a digital service. By subscribing and accessing Premium features immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal and acknowledge that purchases are non-refundable. This waiver applies to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise be available to consumers in the EU and UK for digital purchases. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described in section 4.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break its limits, reselling access, or using it for unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is.” AI-generated enhancements may not always be accurate or suitable for your purpose; you are responsible for reviewing what you use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
